We deliver "almost" everywhere in London! If your neighbourhood does not appear in the delivery area when placing your order, please get in touch with us: brigitte@mapetitecocotte.com. Your delivery time will depend on the number of orders we have that day. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with an exact delivery time. We strongly recommend you be present, but we understand this is not always possible. We can leave the delivery outside your door or in a secure place pre-arranged during your order.

We do not offer a specific menu today. However, all of our ingredients are identified and listed in our menus and on our packaging. However, we work with all kinds of ingredients in our kitchen. We cannot guarantee the complete absence of specific allergens. In case of severe allergies, we recommend that you do not order from Ma Petite Cocotte.

Our packaging is in bagasse, residue from sugar cane. Sugar cane is heat tolerant like paper and can be put in the microwave. However, we advise you to transfer the contents of the packaging to heat it in the oven or a casserole dish. As with paper, hot food can cause sugar cane to lose some of its strength, but it is one of the best compostable materials for foodservice that can withstand high temperatures.

The expiration date is indicated on the packaging. As the dishes are ultra-fresh, they can be kept fresh for 72 hours or can be frozen for two months. We carefully apply regulations in force to guarantee food safety for our customers throughout the chain: from the reception of our products on our premises to their consumption on your plate.

Our packaging comes from vegware, a leader in plant-based and compostable food products. Our packaging is made up of several elements that can be recycled: Paper bags: fully recyclable. Trays: recyclable and compostable. Small PLA (cornstarch) pots: compostable and recyclable. Glass jars and bottles: recyclable and reusable, Aluminium foil food container : recyclable.

Payment by Credit Card or PayPal: For each of your orders, we make a new payment from your credit/debit card or your PayPal account. Our payments are completely secure. Transactions are handled by Stripe, one of the leaders in online payment management. Your bank details are not kept by Ma Petite Cocotte. When paying for your order online, Stripe ensures the compliance of the transaction.
